When can I email other members?
You can use the anonymous SharingProperty website email to contact other members as soon as you have become a Subscribed Member.
How do I remain anonymous?
We use an anonymous email system to preserve your privacy. Your privacy and security is of utmost importance to us. When a member wishes to contact another member they simply send an email via the SharingProperty messaging system. All replies come via the website and are accessed by you when signed in. This way, neither member will know the personal email address of the member they are contacting. If you decide to reveal your personal email address to another member, SharingProperty can no longer take responsibility for your privacy or any offensive emails sent.
How do I stop someone from emailing me?
If you have responded to a member who has contacted you via a personal email address that you have given, then unfortunately there isn.t anything we can do. However, if a member is repeatedly contacting you from the website after you have requested them to stop, please contact us at: abuse@sharingproperty.co.uk with the username of the person that is harassing you. We will then investigate the problem and if necessary block their users account.
