What types of membership are there?
There are two types of membership:
Basic Member – Our Basic Membership is automatic once you have registered. It gives you access to:
- The advanced search facility.
- View other members Sharing Profiles.
- Create your own Sharing Profile which means other members will be able to find you.
Subscribed Member – Subscribed Members get full access to all features of the site including:
- The advanced search facility.
- View other members Sharing Profiles.
- Create your own Sharing Profile which means other members will be able to find you.
- Send and receive messages from other Subscribed Members.
- Opt to receive weekly email alerts if a new member registers that matches your Sharing Profile.
What do I gain from registering?
By registering, you increase your chance of finding a person to share what it is you want to share. If no one registered then there would be no one for you to search for! Registering automatically gives you Basic Membership and allows you to read other members' Sharing Profiles, for more details about them.
What's in it for me if I become a Subscribed Member?
Subscribing is your 'all access' pass to our database of current property sharers. While Basic Members can search for people, Subscribed Members actually get to email and connect with their co-buyers. For a limited period, all people registering will automatically receive a FREE 3 month upgrade to Subscribed Member.
Where can I find out the status of my subscription?
You can view the status of your subscription any time by visiting the 'Account Status' page in your account settings.
How do I cancel my Membership?
You can cancel your Basic or Subscribed Membership at any time by visiting the 'Delete your account' page in your account settings and then clicking 'Cancel membership'. On deleting your account, your Sharing Profile will no longer be visible to others, and you will stop receiving any alert emails from us that you requested. You will also receive an email confirming your cancellation.
If I cancel my Membership will I stop getting emails from you?
Once your Membership is cancelled you will not receive any more emails from us. Please note you can stop emails without having to cancel your Membership by visiting the 'Email subscriptions' page in your account settings.
