Are all of my personal details confidential?
Your personal details such as personal email address and password are all kept confidential. Other members will only be able to see your Sharing Profile details. To contact other members, you will use the anonymous SharingProperty messaging system.
Do you pass on my e-mail address to third parties?
We will only pass on your email address to other parties or send you emails promoting other products and services if you have requested them. You can change your email settings at any time by visiting the 'Email Subscriptions' section in your account settings page.
I think someone has got hold of my Account details, and can therefore access my account, what should I do?
If you think someone may have access to your account we would suggest that you change your Password immediately by visiting the 'Personal Details' page in your account settings. You are responsible for the security of your account; please keep your sign in details for this site and your personal email account secure.
