The Promotion is to offer you the opportunity to win Amazon vouchers up to the value of two hundred pounds (£200) (‘Prize’) monthly for 3 months, made available to full subscribers (people who have filled out all six stages of the registration process.)to the SharingProperty website. Acceptance of Terms
Your continued use of the website operated by us (‘SharingProperty’) will be subject to the website Terms and Conditions ( the ‘Website Terms’ ) displayed on the Website which are in addition to these Terms. You should read the Website Terms carefully every time you use the Website.
We will only accept your entry to the Promotion by electronic mail. No other entry method, such as SMS text or post will be accepted by us.
If your subscription is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have given us on registration. The subscription will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 2 working days.
By registering with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms as they may be modified from time to time.
If You do not wish to be bound by these Terms then you will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Commencement and Closing Date For This Promotion
This Promotion and the opportunity for you to subscribe to the Website will commence on 1st of January 2007 and will end on 1st of April 2007.

Please note that the Promotion is available only to individuals that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. We may terminate the Promotion offer to you at any time if you are found in breach of any of these Terms.
General
We are entitled to refuse any entry made by you.
You must not allow any other person to participate in the Promotion other than in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse this Promotion and all future promotions to you if you do not comply with these Terms.
We are not responsible for any entry you complete to participate in the Promotion that may be lost during the entry process.
The Prize may consist of a variety of denominations all making up the total value of two hundred pounds (£200), for example four (4) x fifty pounds (£50), or twenty (20) x ten pounds (£10).
If we are unable to supply the Prize due to demand for the Promotion offer because of an unexpectedly high response or some other unanticipated factor outside our control, we will offer a full refund of your Subscription or substitute products.
We will not charge for packing or handling of the Prize or administration of the Promotion.
The limitations and exclusions in these Terms do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You acknowledge that you have not entered into these Terms in reliance upon any statement, warranty or representation made by us or any other person and you irrevocably and unconditionally waive any rights to claim damages and/or to rescind these Terms by reason of any misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in these Terms, the Website Terms or Privacy Policy.
The content of the Promotion is protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The owner of these rights is SharingProperty. All product and company names and logos contained within the Promotion are the trade marks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including us.
We may assign, transfers, novate or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under the Promotion at any time.
If any provision or term of these Terms shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be divisible from the other terms and conditions and shall be deleted from them.
Force Majeure
Neither you nor we will be held liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond your or our respective reasonable control.
